Chocolate Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS

Milk - 500 milliliters

Sugar - 120 grams

Baking soda - 1/8 teaspoon

Whipping cream - 360 grams

Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Prepared condensed milk - 190 grams

Powdered brown sugar - 50 grams

Cocoa powder - 50 grams

Chocolate sauce - 20 grams

Dark chocolate - 50 grams

Chocolate sprinkles - 2 tablespoons

Dark chocolate - for garnishing

Chocolate sprinkles - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a pan , add 500 milliliters milk, 120 grams sugar and stir continuously until gets thickened.
  2. Now, add 1/8 teaspoon baking soda and stir again.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and cool at room temperature.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add 360 grams whipping cream and beat with the help of a whisker till stiff peaks.
  5. Now, add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 190 grams prepared condensed milk and whisk again.
  6. Then, add 50 grams powdered sugar, 50 grams cocoa powder and mix well.
  7. Add 20 grams chocolate sauce, 50 grams dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons chocolate sprinkles and whisk well.
  8. Mix with the help of a spatula and pour it in a container.
  9. Sprinkle some dark chocolate and sprinkles on it.
  10. Refrigerate for overnight.
  11. Add the ice cream scoops in a serving dish.
  12. Garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
  13. Serve cold.
