Stuffed Keto Paratha
Servings - 4
INGREDIENTS
Coconut flour - 100 grams
Psyllium husk - 15 grams
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Warm water - 400 milliliters
Grated paneer - 150 grams
Onions - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Butter paper
Olive oil - for brushing
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams coconut flour, 15 grams psyllium husk, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 400 milliliters warm water and mix it well.
- Knead it into a smooth soft dough.
- Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- In a another mixing bowl, add 150 grams grated paneer, 2 tablespoons onions, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well. Keep aside.
- Take a butter paper, place the dough ball on it.
- Cover it with another butter paper.
- Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Add the prepared stuffing on it and roll it into a ball.
- Again flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Remove it from butter paper and place it on a hot tawa.
- Cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Flip it gently.
- Brush it with olive oil.
- Flip it to the other sides.
- Brush the other side too.
- Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
- Remove it from heat.
- Serve.
