Homemade Drinks For Acidity
Saffron Almond Milk

INGREDIENTS
Almond milk - 300 milliliters
Cardamon - 2 pods
Dates - 1 tablespoon
Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 300 milliliters almond milk, 2 pods cardamom, 1 tablespoon dates and 1/4 teaspoon saffron strand.
- Blend all the ingredients well.
- Pour the drink in a serving glass.
- Serve.
Mint Chaas
Serving - 2
INGREDIENTS
Fresh curd - 230 grams
Mint leaves - 5 grams
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Green chili paste- 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Cold water- 400 milliliters
Ice cubes- 4
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 230 grams fresh curd, 5 grams mint leaves, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon green chili paste, 1/4 teaspoon black salt , 400 milliliters cold water and 4 ice cubes.
- Blend all the ingredients well.
- Pour the drink in a serving glass.
- Serve.
Pineapple Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Curd - 180 grams
Pineapple - 120 grams
Banana - 40 grams
Water - 100 milliliters
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 180 grams curd, 120 grams chopped pineapple, 40 grams banana and 100 milliliters water.
- Blend all the ingredients well.
- Pour the drink in a serving glass.
- Serve.
Papaya & Apple Smoothie

Curd - 170 grams
Papaya - 185 grams
Apple - 80 grams
Orange - 95 grams
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 170 grams curd, 185 grams chopped papaya, 80 grams apple and 95 grams orange.
- Blend all the ingredients well.
- Pour the drink in a serving glass.
- Serve.
