4 Ways Detox Water

Jeera Water

INGRREDIENTS

Water - 450 milliliters

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice - 2 teaspoons

Rose petals - 4-5

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a jar, add 450 milliliters, 1 teaspoon cumin, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and 4-5 rose petals.
  2. Give it a nice stir.
  3. Rest for 2-3 hours.
  4. Serve.

 

 

Beetroot Water

INGREDIENTS

 

Water - 450 milliliters

Beetroot - 2 tablespoons

Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon

Cinnamon  - 1 teaspoon

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a jar, add 450 milliliters water,  2 tablespoons beetroot, 1 teaspoon ginger paste and cinnamon stick.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Rest for 2-3 hours.
  4. Serve.

 

 

Lemon Mint Water

INGREDIENTS

 

Water - 450 milliliters

Lemon slices - 8-10

Mint leaves - 10-12

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a jar, add 450 milliliters water, 8-10 lemon slices and 10-12 mint leaves.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Rest for 2-3 hours.
  4. Serve.

 

 

Carrot Water

INGREDIENTS

Water - 450 milliliters

Carrot - 35 grams

Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon

Holy basil leaves - 5-6

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a jar, add 450 milliliters water, 35 grams carrots, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 5-6 holy basil leaves.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Rest for 2-3 hours.
  4. Serve.
