Ingredients

 

Spinach- 60 grams

Ripe Banana- 40 grams

Cucumber- 65 grams

Water- 150 millilitres

 

Preparation

 

  1. In a blender, add 60 grams spinach, 40 grams banana, 65 grams banana and 150 millilitres water.
  2. Blend it to a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour it in a glass.

Apple-Pomegranate Smoothie

Apple- 130 grams

Pomegranate- 70 grams

Raisins- 2 tablespoons

Water- 200 milliitres

 

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add 130 grams apple, 70 grams pomegranate, 2 tablespoons raisins and 200 millilitres water.
  2. Blend it to a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour it in a glass.
  4. Serve.

 

 

Ginger - Tea

Ingredients

Water- 450 millilitres

Star Anise- 4

Whole cloves- 6

Anise seed- 1/2 teaspoon

Fennel Seeds- 2 teaspoons

Ginger Root- 1.5 inch

Cinnamon Stick- 6 inch

 

Preparation-

  1. Take a pan, boil 450 millilitres water in it.
  2. Now, add 4 star anise, 6 whole cloves, 1/2 teaspoon anise seed, 2 teaspoons fennel seeds, 1.5 inch ginger root and 6 inch cinnamon stick.
  3. Boil all the ingredients for 10 minutes on a low flame.
  4. Further, strain the tea in a jar.
  5. Pour the prepared tea in a cup.
  6. Serve hot.

 

 

Cabbage Cream

Cabbage- 75 grams

Butter- 1 teaspoon

Almond milk- 250 millilitres

All purpose flour- 1 teaspoon

Salt- 1/4 teaspoon

Black Pepper- 1/4 teaspoon

 

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add 75 grams roughly chopped cabbage, 1 teaspoon butter and 250 millilitres almond milk.
  2. Blend it to a smooth consistency.
  3. Pour the blended mixture in a pan and give it a nice stir with the help of a spatula.
  4. Now, add 1 teaspoon all purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
  5. Mix properly with the help of a spatula.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on a low flame.
  7. Pour the cabbage cream in a bowl.
  8. Garnish it with black pepper.
  9. Serve hot.
