Avocado Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
Avocado - 125 grams
Banana - 50 grams
Blueberries - 30 grams
Almonds - 10 grams
Soya milk - 300 milliliters
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Almonds - for garnish
PREPARATION
1. In a blender , add 125 grams avocados, 50 grams banana, 30 grams blueberries, 10 grams almonds, 300 milliliters soya milk, and 1 teaspoon honey.
2. Blend it to a smooth consistency.
3. Pour it in a glass and garnish with almonds.
4. Serve chilled.
Cucumber Juice
Serving - 2
INGREDIENTS
Cucumber - 70 grams
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Coconut water - 250 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 70 grams cucumber, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 tablespoon mint leaves, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 250 milliliters coconut water.
2. Blend it well.
3. Garnish With Cucumber Slice.
4. Serve chilled.
Mango Strawberry Smoothie
Serving - 1
INGREDIENTS
Mango - 150 grams
Strawberries - 70 grams
Greek yogurt - 90 grams
Oats - 2 tablespoon
Skimmed milk - 250 milliliters
Flax seeds - 2 teaspoons
Honey - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a blender , add 150 grams mangoes, 70 grams strawberries, 90 grams greek yogurt, 2 tablespoon oats, 250 milliliters skimmed milk, 2 tablespoons flax seeds and 1 teaspoon honey.
2. Blend it into smooth consistency .
3. Serve chilled
Oats Milk Coffee
Serving - 2
(For oats milk )
Rolled Oats - 100 grams
Water - 300 milliliters
(For oats milk Coffee)
Oats milk - 350 milliliters
Coffee - 1 teaspoon
Chia seeds - 1 tablespoon
Almonds - 1 teaspoon
Cashews - 1 teaspoon
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Chia seeds - for garnish
PREPARARTION
1. In a blender, add 100 grams oats and 300 milliliters water.
2. Blend it well.
3. Now strain the oats milk in a bowl, with the help if strainer. Keep aside.
4. Now, in a grinder , add 350 milliliters oats milk, 1 teaspoon coffee powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 teaspoon almonds, 1 teaspoon cashews, and 1 teaspoon honey.
5. Grind it for 1-2 minutes.
6. Pour it with glass and garnish it with chia seeds.
7. Serve chilled.
