Mango Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS
Mango - 270 grams
Water - 500 milliliters
Powdered sugar - 50 grams
Black tea bags - 3
Mint - 8 grams
Cold water - 500 milliliters
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Ice
Mint - for garnish
PREPAARTION
- In a blender, add 270 grams mangoes and blend to a smooth puree.
- Boil 500 milliliters water in a sauce pan, add 50 grams powdered sugar and stir well.
- Add 3 teabags and 8 grams mint. Mix well.
- Allow it to boil for 5-8 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Let it cool and strain.
- Add 500 milliliters chilled water, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, blended mango puree. Mix well.
- Now, add ice cubes in a glass, pour some prepared tea and mix.
- Garnish it with a spring of mint leaves.
- Serve.
