Mango Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS

Mango - 270 grams

Water - 500 milliliters

Powdered sugar - 50 grams

Black tea bags - 3

Mint - 8 grams

Cold water - 500 milliliters

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Ice

Mint - for garnish

 

PREPAARTION

  1. In a blender, add 270 grams mangoes and blend to a smooth puree.
  2. Boil 500 milliliters water in a sauce pan, add 50 grams powdered sugar and stir well.
  3. Add 3 teabags and 8 grams mint. Mix well.
  4. Allow it to boil for 5-8 minutes.
  5. Remove the pan from heat.
  6. Let it cool and strain.
  7. Add 500 milliliters chilled water, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, blended mango puree. Mix well.
  8. Now, add ice cubes in a glass, pour some prepared tea and mix.
  9. Garnish it with a spring of mint leaves.
  10. Serve.
