Smoked Masala Chaas

INGREDIENTS
Curd - 500 grams
Mint leaves - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Cold water - 250 milliliters
Charcoal
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Desi ghee - 1 teaspoon
Mint leaves - for garnish
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 500 grams curd, 2 tablespoons mint leaves, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt and 250 milliliters cold water.
- Now, blend it until all ingredients combine together.
- Then, transfer it in a big bowl.
- Place a smoked charcoal with 1/2 teaspoon cumin. And 1 teaspoon desi ghee over it.
- Cover it for 2 minutes.
- Remove the lid and take out the charcoal.
- Garnish it with mint leaves.
- Serve chilled.
