Burnt Garlic Mushroom Fried Rice

INGREDIENTS

Rice- 250 grams

Water- 500 millilitres

Water- 1.5 litres

Oil- 1 teaspoon

Salt- 1/4 teaspoon

Oil- 2 teaspoons

Mushrooms- 120 grams

Salt- 1/4 teaspoon

Black Pepper- 1/4 teaspoon

Oil- 2 teaspoons

Garlic- 20 grams

Oil- 2 tablespoons

Garlic- 2 teaspoons

Ginger- 1 teaspoon

White Spring Onions- 50 grams

Green Chilli- 1 teaspoon

Green Beans- 50 grams

Carrot- 50 grams

Bell Pepper- 50 grams

Salt- 1/2 teaspoon

Black Pepper- 1/4 teaspoon

Soy Sauce- 1 teaspoon

Vinegar- 1 tablespoon

Red Chilli Sauce- 1 tablespoon

Schezwan Sauce- 2 teaspoons

Spring Onions- 1 tablespoon

 

Preparation

 

  1. Take 250 grams rice in a bowl, add 500 ml water in it and soak for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, add 1.5 litres water, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt and stir with the help of a spatula. Add soaked rice and stir again. Let it boil.
  3. Take another pan, add 2 teaspoons oil, 120 grams mushrooms, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and stir with the help of a spatula until cooked properly.
  4. In a pan, add 2 teaspoons oil, 20 grams garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger and stir with spatula until cooked well.
  5. In another pan, add 2 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 50 grams white spring onions, 1 teaspoon green chilli, 50 grams green beans, 50 grams carrot, 50 grams bell pepper, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce, 2 teaspoons Schezwan sauce, add cooked rice, prepared mushrooms and garlic and mix with the help of a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon spring onions on it.
  7. Serve hot.
