Keto Broccoli Paneer Bhurji

INGREDIENTS
Water - 200 milliliters
Broccoli - 80 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic - 2 teaspoons
Ginger - 2 teaspoons
Onion - 110 grams
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato - 200 grams
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Grated paneer - 150 grams
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
- Boil 200 milliliters water in a pan, add 80 grams broccoli and blanch for 3-4 minutes.
- Keep aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and mix well.
- Now, add 2 teaspoons garlic, 2 teaspoons ginger and mix again.
- Add 110 grams onion and mix till golden brown in color.
- Now, add 2 teaspoons green chili and give it a nice stir.
- Then, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala.
- Mix all the spices well.
- Add 200 grams tomato, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix until cooked well.
- Add 150 grams grated paneer and mix again.
- Now, add boiled broccoli and give it a nice stir.
- Remove the pan from heat.
- Add the keto broccoli paneer bhurji in a serving dish.
- Garnish it with coriander.
- Serve
