Chilli Garlic Paneer Burger

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 2 tablespoons
Ketchup - 100 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Chilli oil - 1 tablespoon
Green spring onions - 1 tablespoon
Coriander - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 30 grams
All purpose flour - 90 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Water - 150 milliliters
Paneer slices - 200 grams
Crushed corn flakes - 120 grams
Oil - for frying
Roasted burger buns - 4
Garlic mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Lettuce - 30 grams
Green spring onions - 1 teaspoon
Roasted onions - 50 grams
Roasted tomato - 50 grams
Tomato chilli mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
2. Add 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes and mix well.
3. Pour in 2 tablespoons water and cook for 30 seconds.
4. Add 100 grams ketchup and cook for 1 minute.
5. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Mix well.
6. Add 1 tablespoon chilli oil and 1 tablespoon green spring onions. Mix well.
7. Add 1 teaspoon coriander mix well, then remove from the heat and keep aside.
8. In a bowl, add 30 grams corn flour, 90 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 150 milliliters water. Whisk until smooth.
9. Dip the paneer slices into the batter, then coat them evenly with the crushed cornflakes.
10. Shallow-fry until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove from the heat, coat with the prepared chilli garlic sauce, and set aside.
11. Spread garlic mayonnaise on the roasted burger bun. Place lettuce, the prepared paneer, roasted onions, and roasted tomatoes on the bun. Sprinkle with green spring onions and drizzle with tomato chilli mayonnaise. Cover with the top bun.
12. Serve and enjoy.
