Garlic Parmesan Hash Brown

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 500 grams 
Water - 700 milliliters
Egg - 1
Corn starch - 40 grams 
Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon
Oil - for shallow frying
Mayonnaise - 100 grams 
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam Masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Oregano - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. Add 500 grams potatoes and 700 milliliters water. Cover and boil for 5 - 7 minutes. 
2. Remove from heat, drain the water, and peel the potatoes.
3. Grate the potatoes and transfer them to a bowl. Add 1 egg, 40 grams corn starch, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/ teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon Balck pepper. Mix well.
4. Add 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese and mix well.
5. Take portions of the prepared mixture and shape them into hash browns. (See video.)
6. Shallow fry them until golden brown and crispy on all sides. Remove from the pan and drain on absorbent paper.
7. In a bowl, add 100 grams mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala, and 1/2 teaspoon oregano. Mix well. 
8. Serve the prepared Garlic Parmesan Hash Browns with the prepared dip.
