Eggless Chocolate Custard

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Milk - 900 milliliters

Fresh cream - 200 milliliters

Cornstarch - 30 grams

Powdered sugar - 100 grams

Cocoa powder - 30 grams

Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 900 milliliters milk, 200 milliliters fresh cream and mix it well.

2. Transfer 300 milliliters mixture in a cup, add 30 grams cornstarch, 100 grams powdered sugar, 30 grams cocoa powder and mix it well.

3. Keep aside.

4. Take a heavy skillet, add 600 milliliters prepared milk mixture and stir well.

5. Bring it to a boil.

6. Now, add the prepared cocoa powder mixture in it and mix it well.

7. Bring it to a boil.

8. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix it well.

9. Remove it from heat.

10. Pour the mixture into a glass.

11. Refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes.

12. Top with whipped cream.

13. Garnish with chocolate.

14. Serve.

Oreo Walnut Brownie Shots

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Oreo biscuits - 360 grams

Powdered sugar - 50 grams

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon

Butter - 60 milliliters

Milk - 120 milliliters

Walnuts - 50 grams

Fresh cream - 120 grams

Dark chocolate - 320 grams

Cocoa powder - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Take 360 grams oreo biscuits and crush them into a blender and blend well.

2. Transfer this mixture into a bowl. Add 50 grams powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder and mix it well.

3. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence, 60 milliliters butter and whisk it well.

4. Now, add 50 grams walnuts and mix it again.

5. Pour the batter into a baking dish.

6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.

7. Remove it from oven and cool for 15 - 20 minutes.

8. Take a pan, add 120 grams fresh cream and Bring it to a boil.

9. Remove it from heat.

10. In a bowl, add 320 grams dark chocolate and the boiled fresh cream.

11. Mix it well until the chocolate is melt completely.

12. Cool the mixture for 30 minutes.

13. Now, whisk it well.

14. Take the baked brownie and cut it into half.

15. Then using a lid or a cookie cutter, cut small roundels out of brownie layer.

16. Place alternate layers of brownie roundels and chocolate mousse. Dust some cocoa powder on the top layer.

17. Serve.
