Besan Ka Halwa

INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 60 milliliters
Gram flour - 125 grams
Hot milk - 330 milliliters
Sugar -75 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Pistachios - 2 tablespoons
Almonds - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. Heat 60 milliliters ghee in a skillet, add 125 grams gram flour and roast until it turns dark brown in color.
2. Add 330 milliliters hot milk and mix it well.
3. Cook until the mixture thickens.
4. Add 75 grams sugar and mix it well.
5. Cook until the sugar is melted.
6. Now, add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 2 tablespoons pistachios, 2 tablespoons almonds and mix it well.
7. Garnish with almonds, pistachios and saffron.
8. Serve.
Ragi Ka Halwa

Ghee - 1 teaspoon
Cashews - 1 tablespoon
Almonds - 1 tablespoon
Jaggery - 100 grams
Water - 110 milliliters
Ghee - 60 milliliters
Ragi flour - 100 grams
Milk - 500 milliliters
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ghee - 30 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan, add 1 tablespoon cashews, 1 tablespoons almonds and roast for 2 - 3 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color.
2. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
3. Take a pan, add 100 grams jaggery, 110 milliliters water and stir well.
4. Bring it to a boil.
5. Stir until the jaggery is fully dissolved.
6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
7. Heat 60 milliliters ghee in a skillet, add 100 grams ragi flour and roast for 5 - 7 minutes one medium heat.
8. Add 500 milliliters milk and mix it well.
9. Cook until the flour is thicken.
10. Now, add the roasted ry fruits, 1/4 teaspoon green cardamom and mix it well.
11. Add 30 milliliters ghee and mix it well.
12. Now, add the jaggery syrup in it and mix it well.
13. Cover it with lid and cook for about 10 minutes one medium heat.
14. Remove it from heat.
15. Garnish with almonds.
16. Serve hot.
