2 Ways Mango Desserts

Bharwan Aam Ki Kulfi

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS


Milk - 1 litre

Heavy cream - 130 grams

Saffron - 1/4 teaspoon

Rose essence - 1 teaspoon

Condensed milk - 370 grams

Mangoes

Almonds - for garnishing

Pistachios - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Take a heavy skillet, add 1 litre milk and stir well.

2. Bring it to a boil.

3. Then, add 130 grams heavy cream and mix it well.

4. Add 1/4 teaspoon saffron, 1 teaspoon rose essence and mix it again.

5. Now, add 370 grams condensed milk and mix it well.

6. Bring it to boil.

7. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.

8. Take a mango and cut it from top.

9. Remove the seed from it.

10. Fill it with the prepared milk mixture.

11. Cover it with the mango piece.

12. Place it on a wide cup so the mango will stand straight.

13. Freeze for 5 - 6 hours or until set.

14. Remove it from freezer and ripe the mango skin.

15. Cut it into pieces.

16. Garnish with almonds and pistachios.

17. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Mango Ice Cream

Servings - 4 - 5

INGREDIENTS

Heavy cream - 500 grams

Powdered sugar - 100 grams

Mango pulp - 240 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams heavy cream, 100 grams powdered sugar and whisk it well.

2. Now, add 240 grams mango pulp and whisk it again.

3. Then, pour the mixture into the container and spread evenly.

4. Freeze overnight or until set.

5. Serve chilled and enjoy!
