 Cheese Pesto Pinwheel Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 150 grams

All purpose flour - 200 grams

Water - 200 milliliters

Pesto sauce - to taste

Grated paneer - to taste

Mozzarella cheese - to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add 150 grams butter, 300 grams all purpose flour and blend it well.

2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 200 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Place the dough on a surface and dust it with flour.

5. Flatten the dough with the help of a rolling pin.

6. Spread the pesto sauce on the flattened dough.

7. Top with grated paneer and mozzarella cheese.

8. Roll it tightly to make a cylindrical shape.

9. Cut it into round slices.

10. Place it on a baking tray.

11. Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for 30 minutes.

12. Serve.

Banana Bites Pinwheel Sandwich

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Butter - 1 tablespoon

Banana - 235 grams

Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Bread slices - 4

Peanut butter - to taste

Nutella - to taste

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 235 grams banana and cook for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.

2. Add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.

3. Remove it from heat and keep aside.

4. Take 4 bread slice and cut its edges.

5. Place the bread slice one by one and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.

6. Spread peanut butter on the half side.

7. Spread nutella on the other half of the bread.

8. Place the cooked banana on it.

9. Roll it tightly to make a cylindrical shape.

10. Cut it into round slices.

11. Serve.
