Oreo Pudding

INGREDIENTS

Oreo biscuits - 250 grams
Butter - 50 grams
Cream cheese - 225 grams
Butter - 100 grams
Powdered sugar - 50 grams
Oreo biscuits cream - 120 grams
Whipped cream - 300 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 250 grams oreo biscuits and blend it into a fine powder.
2. Add 50 grams butter and blend it again.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 225 grams cream cheese and whisk it well.
4. In a another mixing bowl, add 100 grams butter and whisk it well.
5. Add 50 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
6. Then, add the cream cheese mixture, oreo biscuits cream and mix it well.
7. In a bowl, add 300 grams whipped cream and whisk it well.
8. Take a serving glass and add some biscuits mixture in it.
9. Then, add the prepared cream cheese mixture halfway and spread evenly.
10. Again add the biscuits mixture and spread it evenly.
11. Top with whipped cream and oreo biscuit.
12. Refrigerate for 4 - 5 hours.
13. Serve.
Parle-G Pudding

INGREDIENTS
Parle-G biscuits - 350 grams
Butter - 100 grams
Milk - 800 milliliters
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 70 grams
Vanilla custard powder - 30 grams
Fresh cream - 100 milliliters
Dark chocolate - 240 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a blender, add 350 grams parle g biscuits and blend it into a fine powder.
2. Add 100 grams butter and blend it again.
3. Heat 800 milliliters milk in a heavy skillet and bring it to a boil.
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 70 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
5. Bring it to a boil.
6. Add 30 grams vanilla custard powder and mix it well.
7. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
8. Take a skillet, add 100 milliliters fresh cream and stir well.
9. Then, add 240 grams dark chocolate and mix it well until the chocolate is melted.
10. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
11. Take a ladle of custard and add it in a serving glass.
12. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
13. Then make a layer of biscuit mixture.
14. Make a another layer of chocolate.
15. Repeat this process for one more time.
16. Decorate with chocolate rolls, whipped cream and mint.
17. Serve.
