6 Ways Ladoo

 Coconut Ladoo

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS


Ghee - 2 tablespoons

Coconut - 200 grams

Milk - 90 milliliters

Organic food color - 1/4 teaspoon

Powdered sugar - 80 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a skillet, add 200 grams coconut and roast until it turns golden brown in color.

2. Then, add 90 milliliters milk, 1/4 teaspoon organic food color and mix it well.

3. Now, add 80 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.

4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

5. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.

6. Transfer this into a bowl.

7. Take some mixture on your hands and shape it into a ladoo.

8. Serve or store in an airtight container.

Malai Ladoo

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS


Paneer - 265 grams

Fresh cream - 60 grams

Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Organic food color - 2 teaspoons

Powdered sugar - 60 grams

PREPARATION

1. Take 265 grams paneer and knead the paneer well.

2. Keep aside.

3. Take a skillet, add 60 grams fresh cream and stir well.

4. Then, add the paneer and mix it well.

5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

6. Add 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder and mix it well.

7. Add 2 teaspoons organic food color and mix it again.

8. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

9. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.

10. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 60 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.

11. Take some mixture on your hands and shape it into a ladoo.

12. Serve or store in an airtight container.

Besan Ke Ladoo

INGREDIENTS


Ghee - 90 milliliters

Gram flour - 250 grams

Ghee - 2 tablespoons

Organic food color - 1 tablespoon

Powdered sugar - 100 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 90 milliliters ghee in a heavy skillet, add 250 grams gram flour and dry roast until it turns golden brown in color.

2. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

3. Add 2 tablespoons ghee and mix it well.

4. Then, add 1 tablespoon organic food color and mix it well.

5. Cook for 5 -7 minutes on medium heat or until the mixture thickens.

6. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.

7. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 100 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.

8. Take some mixture on your hands and shape it into a ladoo.

9. Serve or store in an airtight container.

Murmure Ladoo

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS


Water - 200 milliliters

Jaggery - 150 grams

Puffed rice - 100 grams

Organic food color - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION

1. Take a heavy skillet, add 200 milliliters water, 150 grams jaggery and stir continuously until the jaggery is fully dissolved.

2. Bring it to a boil.

3. Then, add 100 grams puffed rice and mix it well.

4. Now, add 1 tablespoon organic food color and mix it again.

5. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.

6. Transfer this into a bowl.

7. Take some mixture on your hands and shape it into a ladoo.

8. Serve or store in an airtight container.

Mawa Ladoo

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS


Ghee - 20 milliliters

Khoa - 650 grams

Almonds - 20 grams

Cashews - 20 grams

Powdered sugar - 100 grams

Organic food color - 2 teaspoons

PREPARATION

1. Heat 20 milliliters ghee in a skillet, add 650 grams khoa and mix it well.

2. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.

3. Add 20 grams almonds, 20 grams cashews and mix it well.

4. Then, add 100 grams powdered sugar and mix it again.

5. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

6. Add 2 teaspoons organic food color and mix it well.

7. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.

8. Transfer this into a bowl.

9. Take some mixture on your hands and shape it into a ladoo.

10. Serve or store in an airtight container.

Boondi Ke Ladoo

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS


Gram flour - 250 grams

Water - 400 milliliters

Oil - for frying

Water - 125 milliliters

Powdered sugar - 250 grams

Organic food color - 2 teaspoons

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams gram flour, 400 milliliters water and mix it well to make a thick batter.

2. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet.

3. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons of the batter at a time over a large round perforated spoon (boondi jhara) so that boondi drops in the oil.

4. Deep fry until it turns golden brown and crispy.

5. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

6. Heat 125 milliliters water in a pan, add 250 grams sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.

7. Add 2 teaspoons organic food color and mix it well.

8. Bring it to a boil.

9. Now, add the prepared boondi and mix it well.

10. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.

11. Remove it from heat and rest for 5 minutes.

12. Transfer this into a bowl.

13. Take some mixture on your hands and shape it into a ladoo.

14. Serve or store in an airtight container.
