Strawberry Banana Mini Pancakes

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Baking powder - 2 tablespoons
Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons

Milk - 300 milliliters
Egg - 1

PREPARATION
1. Take a bowl and stainer. Add 150 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons baking powder, 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and strain the.

5. Thread pancakes onto skewers, alternating with strawberries, banana and nutella spread.
6. Garnish with powdered sugar and maple syrup.

Dora Cakes

INGREDIENTS
Eggs - 2
Icing sugar - 80 gram
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 150 grams
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Water - 3 tablespoons
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - for brushing
Nutella - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 eggs, 80 grams icing sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix it well.
2. Add, 150 grams all purpose flour, 2 tablespoons honey.
3. Take a bowl, add 3 tablespoons water, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and mix well.
4. Pour this mixture into the batter and mix well to combine.
5. Rest the mixture for 15 minutes.
6. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat and brush with oil.
7. Take any standard size spoon or cups to pour the batter over the pan.
8. Cook on low heat till bubbles appear on the upper surface of the cake. It takes around 1 or 2 minutes.
9. Gently flip it over with spatula and cook from other side for few seconds.
10. Once both the sides are done, keep them aside to cool down completely.
11. Spread Nutella on one side of the pancake and cover it with another pancake.
12. Serve.
Cheese Chocolate Sandwich

INGREDIENTS
Water - 250 milliliters
Butter - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Dark chocolate - 120 grams
Bread slices
Butter
Mozzarella cheese
Powdered sugar
PREPARATION
1. Heat 250 milliliters water in a deep pan, place a bowl on top of it.
2. Add 120 grams dark chocolate and mix well.
3. Let it melt completely by occasionally stirring.
4. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, let it melt till everything mixes completely.
5. Take a bread slice and apply butter on it.
6. Apply a layer of melted chocolate on top of it.
7. Put some mozzarella cheese on top of it and place a another bread slice.
8. Put the sandwich in the grill and toast it till its brown in color.
9. Garnish with powdered sugar.
10. Serve hot.
Homemade Fancy Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
Dark chocolate - 800 grams
Coconut oil - 1 teaspoon
Almonds - to taste
Shredded coconut - to taste
Raisins - to taste
Black grapes - to taste
Green grapes - to taste
Date palm - to taste
PREPARATION
1. Take 800 grams dark chocolate and slit them into small pieces.
2. Transfer this into a cup, add 1 teaspoon coconut oil and microwave for 2 minutes.
3. Grease the tray with oil. Pour the chocolate syrup half way into the tray.
4. Freeze for 5 minutes.
5. Remove the tray from the freezer and fill it with your choice of add-ins.
6. Pour spoonfuls of chocolate on top of your add-ins and freeze this tray again for another 30 minutes.
7. Turn the tray onto a board and tap it a bit until the chocolate cubes come out.
8. Serve and enjoy!
Pineapple Jam Roll

INGREDIENTS
Bread slices
Pineapple jam
Pineapple chunks
Eggs - 2
Milk - 180 milliliters
Sugar - 1 tablespoon
Butter - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. Take a bread slice and cut it all sides.
2. Flatten the bread slice with a rolling pin.
3. Spread pineapple jam over it. Place some pineapple chunks on top it.
4. Roll it tightly.
5. Take a dish, add 2 eggs, 180 milliliters milk, 1 tablespoon sugar and whisk it well.
6. Dip the bread roll in the egg milk mixture.
7. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a pan, place the bread roll on the pan.
8. Cook till all the sides are golden brown.
9. Garnish with pineapple jam and pineapple chunks.

Fried Apple Rings

INGREDIENTS
Butter milk - 400 milliliters
Egg - 1
Oil - 50 milliliters
Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Apples - 530 grams
All purpose flour - 200 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Powdered sugar - 2 teaspoons
Oil - for frying
Powdered sugar - 70 grams
Cinnamon powder - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. In a measuring cup, add 400 milliliters butter milk, 1 egg, 50 milliliters oil, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix it well. Keep aside.
2. Slice your apples into thin round slices, about ¼ inch thick. Cut out the cored of your apples and cut each apple slice into 2 rings using a round cookie or biscuit cutter.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons powdered sugar and the prepared butter milk mixture.
4. Mix it well to make a thick batter.
5. Take a apple ring and dip it in the batter.
6. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry these till they are brown and crispy. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
7. In a plate, add 70 grams powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
8. Dip apple slices into cinnamon sugar mixture, and coat on both sides.

Kiwi Ice Pops

INGREDIENTS

Water - 400 milliliters
Sugar - 220 grams
(For Kiwi Ice Pops)
Kiwi - 380 grams
Sugar syrup - 180 milliliters
Lime juice - 125 milliliters
Water - 180 milliliters
PREPARATION
(For Sugar Syrup)
1. Boil 400 milliliters water in a deep pan, add 220 grams sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Bring it to a boil.

1. In a blender, add 380 grams kiwi and blend until smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add 180 milliliters sugar syrup, 125 milliliters lime juice , 180 milliliters water and mix well to combine.
3. Place some kiwi slices into the moulds and pour the mixture into it.
4. Place pop stick inside it and freeze for overnight.

Milk - 250 milliliters

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams custard powder, 250 milliliters milk and
mix well to combine.
2. Boil 1.5 litres milk in a deep pan, add 200 grams sugar and bring it to boil. $. Add custard powder mixture and mix it well till it thickens.
3. Transfer it to a mixing bowl.
4. Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
5. Add 150 grams pomegranate, 300 grams grapes, 300 grams black grapes,
170 grams banana, 130 grams apple and mix well to combine.
6. Serve.
