Aloo Halwa

INGREDIENTS
Almonds - 1 tablespoon
Cashews - 1 tablespoon
Ghee - 50 milliliters
Boiled mashed potatoes - 300 grams
Milk - 200 milliliters
Jaggery powder - 30 grams
Almonds - for garnishing
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 1 tablespoon almonds, 1 tablespoon cashews and blend it into a fine powder.
- Heat 50 milliliters ghee in a pan, add 300 grams boiled mashed potatoes and mix it well.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Then, add 200 milliliters milk and mix it well.
- Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Now, add 30 grams jaggery powder and mix it again.
- Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Add the blended dry fruits and mix it well.
- Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat.
- Garnish with almonds.
- Serve hot.
