Arabian Pudding

Arabian Pudding 

Servings - 4

INGREDIENTS 
Custard powder - 30 grams 
Warm milk - 150 milliliters 
Milk - 700 milliliters 
Sugar - 60 grams 
Fresh cream - 60 grams 
Condensed milk - 50 grams 
White bread slices - 12 
Pistachios - 20 grams 

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 30 grams custard powder, 150 milliliters warm milk and whisk it well. 
2. In a heavy skillet, add 700 milliliters milk and bring it to a boil. 
3. Add 60 grams sugar and cook for 3 - 4 minutes. 
4. Add prepared custard milk and cook for 6 - 7 minutes. 
5. Remove it from heat and cool for 20 minutes. 
6. In a bowl, add 60 grams fresh cream, 50 grams condensed milk and mix it well. Keep aside. 
7. On a board, place white bread slice and cut the edges. 
8. Place it in a dish, add prepared custard on it. 
9. Repeat this process two more time. 
10. Add some prepared cream and pistachios. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 
11. Now, cut it into pieces. 
12. Serve.
