Berry Poke Cake

INGREDIENTS


All purpose flour - 190 grams

Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Butter - 120 grams

Powdered sugar - 200 grams

Eggs - 2

Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Milk - 200 milliliters

Cream cheese - 250 grams

Strawberries - 180 grams

Condensed milk - 400 milliliters

Raspberries - 100 grams

Blueberries - 100 grams

Whipped cream

Crumbled biscuits

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 190 grams all purpose flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and mix it well.

2. In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams butter and mix it well.

3. Add 200 grams powdered sugar and mix it again.

4. Then, add 2 eggs one by one and whisk it well.

5. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and mix it well.

6. Now, add the prepared flour mixture and mix it well.

7. Add 200 milliliters milk and mix it again to make a thick batter.

8. Transfer this mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

9. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 45 minutes.

10. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams cream cheese, 180 grams strawberries, 400 milliliters condensed milk and mxi it well.

11. Then, add 100 grams raspberries, 100 grams blueberries and mix it again.

12. Using the back of a wooden spoon, poke at least 3 rows of 5 holes in the cooked cake, making 15 holes total.

13. Pour the mixture over the cake and spread it evenly.

14. Spread the whipped cream on it.

15. Sprinkle crumbled biscuits and place strawberries slices over it.

16. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

17. Cut it into slices.

18. Serve.
