Biscuit Dessert

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 200 millilitres
Digestive Biscuits - 190 grams
Sweet Whipped Cream - 1500 grams
Cream Cheese - 70 grams
Fresh Cream - 50 grams
Milk - 2 tablespoons
Fresh Cream - 80 grams
Milk Chocolate - 100 grams
Crushed Biscuit - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION
1. Take 200 millilitres milk in a bowl, dip 190 grams digestive biscuits in the milk then, place them in a dish to form a base layer.
2. Repeat the process to create a second layer of dipped biscuits. Keep aside.
3. Take 1500 grams whipping cream in a bowl and whip it well.
4. Add 70 grams cream cheese, 50 grams fresh cream and whip again until well combined.
5. Add 2 tablespoons milk and whip once more until smooth.
6. Spread this cream cheese mixture evenly over the layered biscuits. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
7. Add 80 grams fresh cream in a pan, whisking well, and bring to a boil.
8. Remove from heat and pour this over 100 grams milk chocolate. Stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
9. Pour this over the prepared mixture and spread evenly.
10. Refrigerate for 5 - 7 minutes.
11. Using a piping bag, add some reserved cream mixture on top and create a decorative pattern using a toothpick (see video). Garnish with crushed biscuits. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
12. Cut into pieces.
13. Serve.
