No Bake Biscuit Cake

INGREDIENTS
Walnuts - 60 grams
Biscuits - 500 grams
Dried figs - 50 grams
Powdered sugar - 200 grams
Cocoa powder - 60 grams
Water - 200 milliliters
Butter - 150 grams
Corn syrup - 100 grams
Vanilla essence - 1 tablespoon
Fresh cream - 300 grams
Dark chocolate - 200 grams
Walnuts - to taste
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 60 grams walnuts and dry roast for 2 - 3 minutes on medium heat.
2. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, add 500 grams crushed biscuits, roasted walnuts, 50 grams dried figs and mix it well.
4. In a another mixing bowl, add 200 grams powdered sugar, 60 grams cocoa powder, 200 milliliters water and mix it well.
5. Keep aside.
6. Take a skillet, add 150 grams butter, 100 grams corn syrup and mix it well.
7. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla essence and stir well.
8. Then, add the prepared cocoa mixture and mix it well.
9. Pour the mixture into the biscuit mixture and mix it well.
10. Add the batter into the cake dish and spread it evenly.
11. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
12. Take a pan, add 300 grams fresh cream, 200 grams dark chocolate and mix it well.
13. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
14. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cake base and spared it evenly.
15. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
16. Remove it from refrigerator.
17. Decorate with walnuts.
18. Cut it into slices.
19. Serve.
Rich Chocolate Truffle Cake

INGREDIENTS
Milk - 50 milliliters
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
All purpose flour - 200 grams
Cocoa powder - 40 grams
Baking soda - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - 4
Powdered sugar - 200 grams
Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
Oil - 50 milliliters
Fresh cream - 350 milliliters
Chocolate - 250 grams
Milk - 80 milliliters
Powdered sugar - 30 grams

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 50 milliliters milk, 1 tablespoon vinegar and mix it well. Keep aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams all purpose flour, 40 grams cocoa powder, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well. Keep aside.
3. In a another mixing bowl, add 4 eggs and whisk it well.
4. Then, add 200 grams powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract and mix it well.
5. Add prepared milk vinegar mixture, 50 milliliters oil and mix it again.
6. Now, add the prepared flour mixture and mix it well to make a thick batter.
7. Pour the batter into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
8. Preheat the oven to 320°F/160°C. Bake for 40 minutes.
9. Take pan, add 350 milliliters fresh cream, 250 grams chocolate and mix it well until the chocolate is melted.
10. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
11. In a bowl, add 80 milliliters milk, 30 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
12. Take the cake and cut it into half.
13. Spread the prepared milk sugar mixture on it.
14. Rest the cake base for 10 minutes.
15. Now, add the prepared chocolate on it and spread it evenly.
16. Place the another base on it.
17. Add the chocolate on it and spread it evenly.
18. Decorate with chocolate leaves.
19. Cut it into slices.
20. Serve.

Water - 60 milliliters

6. Now, add the prepared coffee shot and mix it well.
7. Add 90 grams all purpose flour and mix it well to make a thick batter.
8. Transfer the batter into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
9. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 30 minutes.
10. Remove it from oven and allow it to cool.
11. In a bowl, add 60 milliliters water, 12 grams gelatin and microwave for 30 seconds.
12. Remove it from microwave and keep aside.
13. In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons coffee, 2 tablespoons water and mix it well.
14. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams whipped cream, prepared coffee shot and mix it well.
15. Keep aside.
16. In a another mixing bowl, add 1 whole egg, 5 egg yolks and whisk it well.
17. Add 65 grams powdered sugar and mxi it again.
18. Take a deep pan, add some water in it and bring it to. boil.
19. Place the egg mixture on top of it and stir for 2 -3 minutes.
20. Then, add 380 grams melted dark chocolate and mix it well.
21. Transfer this into the whipped cream mixture and mix it well.
22. Now, add the prepared gelatin mixture and mix it again.
23. Transfer this mixture over the cake base and spread it evenly.
24. Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours.
25. In a bowl, add 60 milliliters water, 12 grams gelatin and microwave for 30 seconds.
26. Remove it from microwave and keep aside.
27. In a bowl, add 2 teaspoons coffee, 2 tablespoons water and mix it well.
28. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams whipped cream, prepared coffee shot and mix it well.
29. Keep aside.
30. In a another mixing bowl, add 1 whole egg, 5 egg yolks and whisk it well.
31. Add 65 grams powdered sugar and mxi it again.
32. Take a deep pan, add some water in it and bring it to. boil.
33. Place the egg mixture on top of it and stir for 2 -3 minutes.
34. Then, add 60 grams melted dark chocolate and mix it well.
35. Transfer this into the whipped cream mixture and mix it well.
36. Now, add the prepared gelatin mixture and mix it again.
37. Transfer this mixture over the cake base and spread it evenly.
38. Again refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours.
39. Remove it from refrigerator.
40. Garnish with dark chocolate.
41. Cut it into pieces.
42. Serve.
Eggless Chocolate Banana Cake
Servings - 4 - 5
INGREDIENTS
Mashed banana puree - 315 grams
Oil - 160 milliliters
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Cocoa powder - 75 grams
Brown sugar - 210 grams
Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
All purpose flour - 300 grams
Warm milk - 220 milliliters
Chocolate chips - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In mixing bowl, add 315 grams mashed puree, 160 milliliters oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 75 grams cocoa powder, 210 grams brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 300 grams all purpose flour, 220 milliliters warm milk and whisk it well.
2. Pour the batter into the baking dish and spread evenly.
3. Top with chocolate chips.
4. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes.
5. Cut it into slices.
6. Serve and enjoy!
