Chocolate Biscuit Pastry

INGREDIENTS
Bourbon biscuits - 350 grams
Milk - 250 milliliters
Fruit salt - 1 teaspoon
Oil - for brushing
Whipped cream - 200 grams
Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
Chocolate syrup - 1 tablespoon
Chocolate chips - to taste
Grated chocolate - to taste
Chocolate syrup - to taste
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 350 grams bourbon biscuits and blend it into a fine powder.
- Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 250 milliliters milk in batches and mix it well to make a thick batter.
- Add 1 teaspoon fruit salt and mix it well.
- Take a tawa and place it on a induction.
- Place a pan on it and brush it with oil.
- Add the prepared batter in it and spared it evenly.
- Cover it with lid and cook for about 30 minutes.
- Open the lid and remove it from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams whipped cream and whisk it well.
- Add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup and mix it well.
- Take the bread and cut it’s edges.
- Cut it into half to make a rectangle.
- Place it on a board.
- Add the prepared frosting on it.
- Add some chocolate chips on top of it.
- Place the another bread slice on it.
- Again, add the prepared frosting on it and spread it evenly.
- Garnish with some grated chocolate.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle some chocolate syrup on it.
- Decorate it with prepared frosting.
- Garnish with grated chocolate.
- Serve.
