Chocolate Rice Cake

INGREDIENTS
Water - 500 milliliters
Rice - 150 grams
Dark chocolate - 150 grams
Sugar - 100 grams
Water - 200 milliliters
Eggs - 2
Oil - 30 milliliters
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Butter - for brushing
Powdered sugar - for dusting
PREPARATION
1. Boil 500 milliliters water in a pan, add 150 grams rice. Boil for 8 - 10 minutes.
2. Remove from heat and drain the rice.
3. Transfer to a pan, add 150 grams dark chocolate. Mix and cook until the chocolate melts into the rice.
4. Remove from heat and let it cool for 15 minutes.
5. Once cooled, transfer to a blender. Add 100 grams sugar, 200 milliliters water, 2 eggs, 30 milliliters oil, and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Blend until smooth.
6. Brush the cake mould with butter and pour in the blended mixture.
7. Preheat the oven to 356°F/180°C and bake for 25 – 30 minutes. Remove from the oven.
8. Dust with powdered sugar on top and cut into desired pieces.
9. Serve and enjoy!
