Digestive Biscuit Strawberry Cheese Cake

INGREDIENTS 
McVitie’s Hobnobs Oat Cookies - 190 grams 
Melted unsalted butter - 90 milliliters 
Cream cheese - 100 grams 
Strawberry Syrup - 70 grams 
Whipped cream - 80 grams 
McVitie’s Hobnobs Oat Cookies - 100 grams
Strawberry Syrup - 2 tablespoons 
Strawberries - 40 grams 
Mint leaves - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 190 grams McVitie’s Hobnobs Oat Cookies and crush them with the help of your fingers. 
2. Transfer, this into a blender, add 90 milliliters unsalted butter and blend it well. 
3. Transfer, this into a moulder and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. 
4. In a bowl, add 100 grams cream cheese and whisk it well with the help of whisker. 
5. Add 70 grams strawberry syrup and whisk it well with the help of whisker. 
6. Add 80 grams cream cheese and mix it well. 
7. Transfer, this into a moulder and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for 30 - 40 minutes. 
8. In a bowl, add 100 grams McVitie’s Hobnobs Oat Cookies and crush them with the help of your fingers.
9. Add 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup and mix it well. 
10. Place it on a moudler and spread it evenly. Refrigerate for 6 - 8 hours. 
11. Now, remove it from moudler, add some strawberries and mint leaves. Refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes. 
12. Serve.
