INGREDIENTS

Walnuts - 40 grams

Jaggery - 300 grams

Fennel powder - 1 teaspoon

Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Dry ginger powder - 1 teaspoon

Raisins - 30 grams

PREPARATION

1. Place 40 grams walnuts in a mortar pestle and pound them. Transfer them into a bowl.

2. Add 300 grams jaggery and pound further for 7-8 minutes.

3. Now, add 1 teaspoon fennel powder, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder, 30 grams raisins. Mix well and pound further for 1 minute.

4. Make small balls of the mixture.

5. Serve.
