Homemade Chocolate Biscuits

INGREDIENTS
Oats - 200 grams
Wheat flour - 320 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Powdered brown sugar - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 250 grams
Fresh cream - 70 milliliters
Melted chocolate
PREPARATION
- In a blender, add 200 grams oats, 320 grams wheat flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon powdered brown sugar and blend well.
- Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 250 grams butter and mix it well.
- Then, add 70 milliliters fresh cream and knead it into a dough.
- Refrigerate the dough for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Take the dough and dust it with flour.
- Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Cut out circles from it.
- Place it on a baking tray.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F/200°C. Bake for about 15 - 20 minutes.
- Remove it from oven.
- Add some melted chocolate on top of it.
- Again refrigerate for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Serve.
