Kaju Pista Roll

INGREDIENTS
Pistachios powder - 95 grams
Sugar - 55 grams
Organic food color - 3 drops
Milk powder - 1 tablespoon
Water - 3 tablespoons
Sugar - 125 grams
Water - 60 milliliters
Cashew powder - 135 grams
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ghee - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 95 grams pistachios powder, 55 grams sugar, 3 drops organic food color, 1 tablespoon milk powder and mix well.
2. Add 3 tablespoons water and knead to a non sticky dough.
3. Take a pan, add 125 grams sugar, 60 milliliters water and stir continuously until sugar is dissolved.
4. Now, add 135 grams cashew powder and mix it well.
5. Add 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder, 1 teaspoon ghee and stir well.
6. Place the mixture on a parchment sheet roll the dough lightly thick.
7. Cut the rolled cashew dough to half.
8. Take the prepared pistachios dough and roll it into a long cylinder.
9. Then slowly start to wrap the cashew sheet and roll enclosing the pistachio roll.
10. Now, slowly roll to make the kaju pista roll smooth and uniform cylinder.
11. Cut it into 2 inches long.
12. Serve.
