INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 220 grams
Custard powder - 50 grams
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Butter - 120 grams
Powdered sugar - 120 grams
Tutti fruiti - 50 grams
Milk - 30 milliliters
Rose essence - 1 teaspoon
Cashews - to taste
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bow, add 220 grams all purpose flour, 50 grams custard powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder and mix well.
- Take 120 grams melted butter in a bowl, add powdered sugar, and whisk it properly.
- Then, add 1 teaspoon rose essence and whisk again until all ingredients combine together.
- Now, add prepared flour mixture, 50 grams Tutti Frutti, and mix well with spatula.
- Now , start mixing it with hand and add 30 milliliters milk.
- Knead the mixture properly to make a smooth dough.
- Place it on the flat surface and roll and press it to make a elongate shape.
- Cover it using a cling wrap.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Now, remove the cling wrap and place it on the flat surface.
- Using a sharp knife, cut it into 2 centimetre wide pieces.
- Place it on the baking tray, and garnish it with chopped cashews.
- Bake at 350°F/180°C for 18- 20 minutes.
- Ready to serve.
