INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 250 grams
Ghee - 80 milliliters
Water - 80 milliliters
Sugar - 175 grams
Water - 80 milliliters
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
- In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams all purpose flour, 80 milliliters ghee and mix it well.
- Add 80 milliliters water and knead it into a dough.
- Rest the dough for 30 minutes.
- Take a pan, add 175 grams sugar, 80 milliliters water and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Prick it with the help of a fork.
- Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove it from oil and dip it in the prepared sugar syrup.
- Soak for about 5 - 7 minutes.
- Serve.
Seviyan
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Milk - 500 milliliters
Seviyan - 50 grams
Sugar - 50 grams
Almonds - 10 grams
PREPARATION
- Heat 500 milliliters milk in a pan, add 50 grams seviyan, 50 grams sugar, 10 grams almonds and mix it well.
- Bring it to a boil.
- Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
- Remove it from heat.
- Serve.
Fruit Chaat

Pomegranate - 50 grams
Banana - 50 grams
Apple - 50 grams
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
