Low Calorie Sugar Cookies
Servings - 3 - 4
INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour - 300 grams
Baking soda - 2 teaspoons
Butter - 100 grams
Equal sugar - 10 grams
Egg - 1
Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon
Milk - 200 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams all purpose flour, 2 teaspoons baking soda and mix it well.
2. In a another mixing bowl, add 100 grams butter and whisk it well.
3. Then, add 10 grams equal sugar and mix it well.
4. Add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it again.
5. Now, add the prepared flour mixture and mix it well.
6. Add 200 milliliters milk and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
7. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
8. Dust the floor with flour.
9. Place the refrigerated dough on it and flatten with the help of a rolling pin.
10. Cut out circles from it.
11. Place it on a baking tray.
12. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 20 minutes.
13. Serve.
