Pista Nankhatai

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 160 grams
Gram flour - 50 grams
Semolina - 2 tablespoons
Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
Powdered sugar - 190 grams
Ghee - 180 milliliters
Pistachios - 2 tablespoons
Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 30 millilters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 160 grams all purpose flour, 50 grams gram flour, 2 tablespoons semolina, 2 teaspoons baking powder and mix it well.
2. In a another mixing bowl, add 190 grams powdered sugar, 180 milliliters ghee, 2 tablespoons pistachios, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, 30 milliliters milk and mix it well.
3. Then, transfer it to a prepared all purpose flour mixture and Knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Now, take a mixture and make a small balls and add pistachios on top of it.
6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
7. Serve.
