INGREDIENTS

(For popcorn custard )

Popcorn  - 50 grams

Honey - 50 milliliters

Soya milk - 350 milliliters (divided)

 

( Popcorn paste)

Whipping cream - 80 grams

Prepared popcorn custard - 50 grams

PREPARATION

 

 

  1. In a bowl, add 50 grams prepared popcorns, 50 milliliters honey, 150 millilters soya milk and blend it to smooth consistency.
  2. Heat a heavy bottom pan add 200 milliliters soya milk, 200 grams blended popcorn custard and stir well.
  3. Cook for 7-10 minutes
  4. Strain it using a strainer.
  5. Let it cool for 30 minutes.
  6. In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams whipping cream whisk until medium to stiff peaks form.
  7. Now add 50 grams prepared popcorn custard and whisk again for few seconds.
  8. For assembling, Take a glass add prepared popcorn custard, few popcorns, whipping cream, popcorn custard and top it with some more popcorns.
  9. Serve.
