INGREDIENTS
(For popcorn custard )
Popcorn - 50 grams
Honey - 50 milliliters
Soya milk - 350 milliliters (divided)
( Popcorn paste)
Whipping cream - 80 grams
Prepared popcorn custard - 50 grams

PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 50 grams prepared popcorns, 50 milliliters honey, 150 millilters soya milk and blend it to smooth consistency.
- Heat a heavy bottom pan add 200 milliliters soya milk, 200 grams blended popcorn custard and stir well.
- Cook for 7-10 minutes
- Strain it using a strainer.
- Let it cool for 30 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, add 80 grams whipping cream whisk until medium to stiff peaks form.
- Now add 50 grams prepared popcorn custard and whisk again for few seconds.
- For assembling, Take a glass add prepared popcorn custard, few popcorns, whipping cream, popcorn custard and top it with some more popcorns.
- Serve.
