Fruit Salad With Ice Cream

INGREDIENTS
Lemon juice - 25 milliliters
Honey - 2 tablespoons
Orange - 200 grams
Kiwi - 130 grams
Black grapes - 130 grams
Green grapes - 150 grams
Green apple - 100 grams
Red apple - 100 grams
Strawberries - 130 grams
Pear - 120 grams
Cashews - 35 grams
Almonds - 25 grams
Pistachios - 25 grams
Vanilla ice cream - to taste
Chocolate frosting - to taste
Strawberry syrup - to taste
Strawberry - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 25 milliliters lemon juice, 2 tablespoons honey and mix it well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams orange, 130 grams kiwi, 130 grams black grapes, 150 grams green grapes, 100 grams green apple, 100 grams red apple, 130 grams strawberries, 120 grams pear, 35 grams cashews, 25 grams almonds, 25 grams pistachios, prepared dressing and mix it well.
3. Take a serving glass, add some vanilla ice cream in it.
4. Fill it with prepared salad.
5. Top with chocolate frosting.
6. Drizzle some strawberry syrup on top of it.
7. Garnish with strawberry.
8. Serve.
Churros Ice Cream Bowl
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Butter - 35 grams
Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 250 milliliters
All purpose flour - 155 grams
Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
Eggs - 4
Oil - for greasing
Powdered sugar - 145 grams
Cinnamon powder - 1 tablespoon
Oil - for frying
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate syrup
Caramel syrup
PREPARATION
1. Heat 35 grams butter in a heavy skillet, add 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir well.
2. Then, add 250 milliliters water and mix it well.
3. Now, add 155 grams all purpose flour and mix it well.
4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
5. Remove it from heat.
6. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 egg and mix it well.
7. Add 3 eggs one by one and mix it well to make a smooth batter.
8. Take a cupcake tray and grease the back side of tray with oil.
9. Add the prepared batter on the back side to make a churro shape. (See Video)
10. Freeze for 6 - 8 hours.
11. In a bowler dd 145 grams powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
12. Take the churro from freezer and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
13. Roll it in powdered sugar mixture properly.
14. Place it on a serving plate.
15. Add a vanilla ice cream scoop in it.
16. Drizzle some chocolate and caramel syrup on it.
17. Serve
