Raspberry Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS
Gelatin - 1 teaspoon
Hot water - 2 tablespoons
Water - 350 milliliters
Fresh cream - 100 grams
Chocolate - 100 grams
Whipped cream - 250 grams
Raspberry jam - 250 grams
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 1 teaspoon gelatin, 2 tablespoons hot water and mix it well.
- Rest the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Take a deep pan, add 350 milliliters water and bring it to a boil.
- Place a bowl on top of it.
- Add 100 grams fresh cream, 100 grams chocolate in it.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted completely.
- Remove it from heat and keep aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams whipped cream and whisk it well.
- Then, add the melted chocolate, 250 grams raspberry jam and mix it well.
- Now, add the gelatin mixture and mix it well.
- Take a glass fill it with whipped cream mixture.
- Top with raspberry jam.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Serve.
