Upside Down Caramel Banana Bread Cake

INGREDIENTS
Bananas - 350 grams
Eggs - 3
Oil - 60 milliliters
Sugar - 80 grams
Cinnamon powder - 2 teaspoons
All purpose flour - 320 grams
Milk - 30 milliliters
Powdered brown sugar - 150 grams
Water - 2 tablespoons
Butter - 75 grams
Banana slices - to taste
Vanilla ice cream - to taste
PREPARATION
- In a bowl, add 350 grams bananas and mash it with the help of a food masher.
- Add 3 eggs, 60 milliliters oil, 80 grams sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder and mix it well.
- Then, add 320 grams all purpose flour and mix it well to make a thick batter.
- Add 30 milliliters milk and mix it well. Keep aside.
- Take a deep pan, add 150 grams powdered brown sugar, 2 tablespoons water and stir continuously until the sugar is melted.
- Now, add 75 grams butter and mix it well.
- Remove it from heat and transfer this into a baking dish.
- Add some banana slices on it.
- Then, add the prepared mixture on and spread it evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove it from oven and flip the cake upside down on a board.
- Cut it into pieces.
- Place it on a serving plate.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- Serve.
