Peanut Butter Bars

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Rolled oats - 250 grams

Chocolate chips - 180 grams

Hazelnuts - 50 grams

Dried apricots - 80 grams

Cinnamon powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Vanilla essence - 1 teaspoon

Honey - 100 grams

Peanut butter - 250 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams rolled oats, 180 grams chocolate chips, 50 grams hazelnuts, 80 grams dried apricots, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence and mix it well.

2. Now, add 100 grams honey, 250 grams peanut butter and mix it well to combine.

3. Then, transfer it into a baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

4. Now cut it into square shapes.

5. Serve.

Fruit Granola Bars

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Dates - 350 grams

Honey - 180 grams

Rolled oats - 250 grams

Almonds - 140 grams

Dried Cranberries - 180 grams

Pumpkin seeds - 120 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add 350 grams dates, 180 gram honey and blend it until smooth.

2. Now, in a mixing bowl, add 250 grams rolled oats, 140 grams almonds, 180 grams dried cranberries, 120 grams pumpkin seeds and mix it well.

3. Then, add blended mixture and mix it well to combine.

4. Now, transfer it into baking tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5. Then, cut it into square shapes.

6. Serve.
