Chatpati Peanut Namkeen
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Peanuts - 250 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 250 grams peanuts and dry roast them on low heat till golden brown in color.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 250 grams roasted peanuts, 1/2 teaspoon black salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder and mix well.
3. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Serve.
Channa Dal Namkeen
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Black chickpeas - 380 grams
Red chili - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 tablespoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and fry 380 grams black chickpeas with the help of a stainer. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
2. Transfer this into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon red chili, 1/2 tablespoon cumin powder, 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala, 1/4 teaspoon salt and mix it well.
3. Serve.
