2 Ways Indian Veg Sandwich

Cream Cheese Sandwich

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS

Cream cheese - 250 grams

Onions - 50 grams

Cucumber - 50 grams

Tomato - 50 grams

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

Black pepper - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Sandwich bread

Green chutney

Ketchup

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams cream cheese, 50 grams onions, 50 grams cucumber, 50 grams tomato, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1 teaspoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon

salt. Mix all the ingredients well.

2. Take bread slices and remove the brown edges using a sharp knife.

3. Apply green chutney on the one slice and ketchup on the another slice.

4. Now spread the cream cheese mixture over the chutney slice, place the ketchup slice upside down over the spread cream cheese slice.

5. Cut it into two parts.

6. Serve it with chutney or ketchup.

7. Enjoy!

Potato Masala Sandwich

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Tomato - 125 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Red chili - 3/4 teaspoon

Boiled potatoes - 300 grams

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon

Sandwich bread

Butter

Green chutney

Bell pepper

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon green chili, 125 grams tomato and stir.

2. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3/4 teaspoon red chili and stir.

3. Add 300 grams boiled potatoes, 1 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder and mix well. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

4. Take bread slices and apply butter and green chutney on the one slice. Place the Potato mixture on the buttered bread slice.

5. Place bell pepper on top of it.

6. Cover with another slice.

7. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and spray with cooking oil. 

8. Place the slice of bread on the grill and then close the lid and grill until golden brown.

9. Serve hot with ketchup.
