Chicken Kurkure
Servings - 2 - 3
INGREDIENTS
Chicken breast - 450 grams
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic & green chili paste - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 50 grams
Corn flakes - 50 grams
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Take 450 grams chicken breast and cut it into long thin strips.
2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic & green chili paste, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 50
grams corn flour and mix it well.
3. Marinate the chicken for 15 - 20 minutes.
4. Take a zip lock bag, add 50 grams corn flakes in it and zip the bag properly.
5. Now, with the help of a rolling pin crush the corn flakes properly.
6. Remove it from zip lock bag and transfer it to the marinated chicken and mix it well.
7. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these strips until golden brown and crispy.
8. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
9. Serve hot with ketchup.
Paneer Kurkure

Paneer - 400 grams
Yogurt - 180 grams
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Corn flakes - 90 grams
All purpose flour - 90 grams
Corn flour - 25 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 120 milliliters
Oil - for frying
PREPARATION
1. Take 400 grams paneer and cut it into long strips.
2. Transfer this into a bowl, add 180 grams yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Marinate for 1 hour.
4. Take a zip lock bag, add 90 grams corn flakes in it and zip the bag properly.
5. Now, with the help of a rolling pin crush the corn flakes properly.
6. Remove it from zip lock bag and transfer it to a bowl.
7. In a bowl, add 90 grams all purpose flour, 25 grams corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 120 milliliters water and mix it well.
8. Dip the marinated paneer in all purpose flour mixture and roll it into corn flakes properly.
9. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and deep fry these strips until golden brown and crispy.
10. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
11. Serve hot with ketchup.
