Moong Dal Namkeen

INGREDIENTS

Split mung beans - 250 grams

Water - 660 milliliters

Oil - for frying

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 250 gram split mung beans and 660 milliliters water.

2. Soak for 5 - 6 hours.

3. Spread this on a cloth and dry for 1 hour.

4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and fry 250 grams split mung beans with the help of a stainer. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

5. Transfer this into a bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

6. Serve and enjoy!

Chana Dal Namkeen

Split bengal gram - 250 grams

Water - 660 milliliters

Oil - for frying

Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, add 250 grams split bengal gram and 660 milliliters water.

2. Soak for 5 - 6 hours.

3. Spread this on a cloth and dry for 20 minutes.

4. Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet and fry 250 grams split bengal gram with the help of a stainer. Drain it on an absorbent paper.

5. Transfer this into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon black salt and mix it well.

6. Serve and enjoy!
