Paneer Tikka Galouti Kebab

INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 300 grams
Bell pepper - 55 grams
Onions - 45 grams
Yogurt - 60 grams
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Dry fenugreek - 1 teaspoon
Gram flour - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Boiled mashed potatoes - 160 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Oil - for shallow frying
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 300 grams paneer, 55 grams bell pepper, 45 grams onions, 60 grams yogurt, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon dry fenugreek, 1 tablespoon gram flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add the marinated paneer and mix it well.
3. Cook until it turns golden brown in color.
4. Remove it from heat and transfer it to a bowl.
5. Mash the paneer with the help of a food masher.
6. Then, add 160 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 tablespoons coriander, 2 teaspoons green chili and mix all the ingredients well.
7. Take some mixture in your hands and shape it into a tikki.
8. Heat some oil in a pan and shallow fry until it turns golden brown and crispy from all sides.
9. Remove it form heat and drain it on an absorbent paper.
10. Serve.

Boiled mashed potatoes - 380 grams
Paneer - 200 grams
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 2 teaspoons
Onions - 65 grams
Dried Fig - 100 grams ?
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Oil
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 380 grams boiled mashed potatoes, 200 grams paneer, 1 tablespoon ginger, 2 teaspoons green chili, 65 grams onions, 100 grams dried fig, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons coriander and mix it well to combine.
2. Then, take some mixture on your hand and shape them into round shape.
3. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
4. Serve.
