Russian Salad

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS

Potato - 150 grams

Carrot - 125 grams

Green beans - 125 grams

Water - 1 litre

Boiled green peas - 150 grams

Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Black pepper - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Mayonnaise - 350 grams

PREPARATION

1. Take a pot, add 150 grams potato, 125 grams carrot, 125 grams green beans, 1 litre water and cover with lid.

2. Boil for 15 - 20 minutes.

3. Remove it from heat.

4. Peel the potato skins and cut it into pieces.

5. Take the carrot and green beans and cut it into small pices.

6. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 150 grams boiled green peas, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper, 350 grams mayonnaise and mix all the ingredients well.

7. Serve.

Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

Water - 1.5 litres

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Olive oil - 2 teaspoons

Pasta - 400 grams

Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons

Paprika - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Salt - 1 tablespoon

Poppy seeds - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder - 1 teaspoon

Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Parmesan cheese - 70 grams

Olive oil - 90 milliliters

White vinegar - 2 tablespoons

Parsley - 2 tablespoons

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Dried basil - 1 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1/4 teaspoon

Dried oregano - 1/4 teaspoon

Bell pepper - 420 grams

Cherry tomato - 300 grams

Black olives

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1.5 litres of water in a heavy skillet, add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons olive oil, 400 grams pasta and mix it well.

2. Bring it to a boil.

3. Boil till the pasta is fully cooked.

4. Remove it from heat and drain the pasta well.

5. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, 1 1/2 tablespoons paprika, 1 tablespoon salt, 1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon black pepper powder, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 70 grams parmesan cheese and mix it well.

6. Keep aside.

7. In a another bowl, add 90 milliliters olive oil, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 2 tablespoons parsley, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon dried basil, 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano and mix it well. Keep aside.

8. In a mixing bowl, add the boiled pasta.

9. Take 420 grams bell pepper and cut it into small pieces.

10. Take 300 grams cherry tomato and cut it into half.

11. Add the bell pepper and tomato in pasta bowl.

12. Then add grams black olives, prepared spice mixture, prepared olive oil mixture and mix all the ingredients well.

13. Serve.
