Harvest Cobb Salad

INGREDIENTS
Mayonnaise - 100 grams
Milk - 60 milliliters
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Poppy seeds - 1 tablespoon
Boiled eggs - 4
Apple - 180 grams
Pear - 180 grams
Lettuce - to taste
Dry berries - to taste
Pecan - to taste
Boiled chicken - to taste
Goat cheese - to taste
Salt - to taste
Black pepper - to taste
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams mayonnaise, 60 milliliters milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds and mix it
well.
2. Keep aside.
3. Take 4 boiled eggs and cut it into pieces.
4. Then, take 180 grams apple and cut it into pieces.
5. Now, take 180 grams pear and cut it into pices.
6. Take serving plate, place lettuce on it.
7. Now, place pear, dry berries, apple, pecan, boiled eggs, boiled chicken and goat cheese on top of it.
8. Sprinkle some salt and black pepper on it.
9. Top with the prepared mayonnaise sauce.
10. Serve.
Pomegranate Pear Salad

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt - 180 grams
Sweet chilli sauce - 3 tablespoons
Pomegranate juice - 2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Pumpkin seeds - 50 grams
Pistachios - 50 grams
Lettuce - 200 grams
Cucumber - 250 grams
Bell pepper - 250 grams
Onions - 70 grams
Pear - 200 grams
Apple - 180 grams
Pomegranate - 75 grams
Feta cheese - 90 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 180 grams yogurt, 3 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon apple
cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper and mix all the ingredients well.
2. Take a pan, add 50 grams pumpkin seeds and dry roast for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
4. Take a another pan, add 50 grams pistachios and dry roast for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
6. Take 200 grams lettuce and cut it into pieces.
7. Do the same with cucumber, bell pepper, onions, pear and apple.
8. Transfer them into a bowl, add roasted pumpkin seeds, roasted pistachios, 75 grams pomegranate, 90 grams feta cheese and mix it well.
9. Top with prepared yogurt and mayonnaise sauce.
10. Serve.
