Aam Panna Base

INGREDIENTS
Water - 500 milliliters
Raw mangoes - 400 grams
Ice
Mint leaves - 15 grams
Sugar - 30 grams
Black salt - 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. In a deep pan, add 500 milliliters water, 400 grams raw mangoes and boil for 15 minutes.
2. Now, in a blender, add ice, 15 grams mint leaves, 30 grams sugar, 1 tablespoon black salt, 1 tablespoon cumin powder, boiled mangoes and blend it until smooth.
Smoked Aam Panna

Water - 160 milliliters
Charcoal
Oil - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a glass, add ice, aam panna, 160 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Now, Take a aluminium foil and shape it into a bowl.
3. Place a burning charcoal inside it and pour 1 teaspoon oil in it.
4. Cover for 3 - 4 minutes.
5. Serve.
