3 Ways Chutney

 Apple Ki Chutney

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS
Grated apples - 350 grams
Powdered sugar - 120 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. Take a skillet, add 350 grams grated apples and mix it well.
2. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
3. Add 120 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
4. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
5. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
7. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Banana & Khajur Ki Chutney

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS

Orange juice - 200 milliliters
Banana - 400 grams
Apple - 200 grams
Dates - 400 grams
Powdered sugar - 130 grams
Salt - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cloves powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Vinegar - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION
1. Take a skillet, add 200 milliliters orange juice, 400 grams banana, 200 grams apple, 400 grams dates and mix it well.
2. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
3. Add 130 grams powdered sugar and mix it well.
4. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 1/4 teaspoon cloves powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar and mix it well.
7. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
8. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Khajur Imli Ki Chutney

Servings - 3 - 4

INGREDIENTS
Dates - 150 grams
Water - 300 milliliters
Water - 500 milliliters
Tamarind - 200 grams
Jaggery - 200 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add 150 grams dates, 300 milliliters water and soak for 2 hours.
2. Take a deep pan, add 500 milliliters water, 200 grams tamarind, 200 grams jaggery and mix it well.
3. Bring it to a boil.
4. Remove it from heat.
5. Strain the mixture into a bowl.
6. Transfer this mixture into a skillet and give it a nice stir.
7. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon black salt and mix it well.
8. Now, add the soaked dates and mix it well.
9. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
10. Remove it from heat and allow it to cool.
11. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
