Eggless Atta Cookies

Servings - 3 - 5

INGREDIENTS

Jaggery powder - 200 grams

Wheat flour - 450 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Ghee - 240 milliliters

Milk - 200 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams jaggery powder, 450 grams wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 240 milliliters ghee and mix it well.

2. Add 200 milliliters milk and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

3. Take the dough ball and flatten it with help of a rolling pin.

4. Take a circle mould and cut out small circles from it.

5. Place it on a baking tray.

6. Preheat the oven to 320°F/160°C. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.

7. Serve or store in a airtight container once they cool down completely.

Ginger Jaggery Cookies

INGREDIENTS

Wheat flour - 425 grams

Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger powder - 2 teaspoons

Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Jaggery powder - 200 grams

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Vanilla extract - 2 tablespoons

Eggs - 4

Butter - 200 grams

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 425 grams wheat flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 2 teaspoons ginger powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 200

grams jaggery, 1 teaspoon baking powder and mix it well.

2. Add 2 tablespoons vanilla extract, 4 eggs, 200 grams butter and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

3. Wrap it with plastic wrap.

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

5. Take the dough ball and flatten it with help of a rolling pin.

6. Take a circle mould and cut out small circles from it.

7. Place it on a baking tray.

8. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.

9. Serve or store in a airtight container once they cool down completely.

Oats Almond Honey Cookies

Servings - 3 - 5

INGREDIENTS

Oats - 200 grams

Almonds - 80 grams

Wheat flour - 180 grams

Coconut - 40 grams

Jaggery powder - 150 grams

Honey - 160 grams

Baking powder - 1 teaspoon

Baking soda - 1/2 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder - 1 teaspoon

Oil - 110 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a blender, add 200 grams oats, 80 grams almonds and blend it into a fine powder.

2. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 180 grams wheat flour, 40 grams coconut, 150 grams jaggery powder, 160 grams honey, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 110 milliliters oil and mix it well.

3. Take a some mixture in your hand and roll it into a ball.

4. Flatten it slightly with your hands.

5. Place it on a baking tray.

6. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 10 minutes.

7. Serve or store in a airtight container once they cool down completely.
