3 Ways Maggi

Stir Fry Maggi

Servings - 1 - 2

INGREDIENTS

Water - 800 milliliters

Oil - 1 teaspoon

Maggi noodles - 120 grams

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Spring onions - 35 grams

Carrot - 40 grams

Zucchini - 45 grams

Bell pepper - 60 grams

Blanched broccoli - 45 grams

Mushrooms - 45 grams

Sweet corn - 45 grams

Soys sauce - 1 tablespoon

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Red chili sauce - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Maggi masala - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon

Spring onions - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Heat 800 milliliters water in a pan, add 1 teaspoon oil, 120 grams maggi noodles and mix it well.

2. Bring it to a boil. Remove it from heat.

3. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a skillet, add 1 tablespoon garlic and stir well.

4. Add 35 grams spring onions and fry till translucent.

5. Then, add 40 grams carrot, 45 grams zucchini, 60 grams bell pepper, 45 grams blanched broccoli, 45 grams mushrooms, 45 grams sweet corn and mix it well.

6. Saute the veggies for 7 - 10 minutes.

7. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 2 tablespoons red chili sauce and mix it well.

8. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 1/2 tablespoons maggi masala and mix it again.

9. Now, add 1 teaspoon lemon juice, cooked maggi and mix it well.

10. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

11. Garnish with spring onions.

12. Serve hot.

Cheesy Maggi

Servings - 2- 3

INGREDIENTS

Maggi - 120 grams

Cheese slices - 6

Onions - 60 grams

Green peas - 60 grams

Water

Maggi masala - 2 tablespoons

Maggi masala ae magic - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Coriander - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. Take a pan, add 120 grams maggi, 6 cheese slices, 60 grams onions, 60 grams green peas and water.

2. Stir well and bring it to a boil.

3. Add 2 tablespoons Maggi masala, 1 1/2 teaspoons Maggi masala ae magic and mix well.

4. Cook for 2 minutes, add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix well again.

5. Serve hot.

Pav Bhaji Maggi

Servings - 2 - 3

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 40 grams

Tomato - 50 grams

Bell pepper - 40 grams

Pav bhaji masala - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Maggi masala - 1 1/2 tablespoons

Maggi noodles - 110 grams

Water - 350 milliliters

Processed cheese - 40 grams

Butter - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a heavy pot, add 40 grams onions and fry till translucent.

2. Add 50 grams tomato and stir well.

3. Then, add 40 grams bell pepper and saute the veggies for 3 - 5 minutes.

4. Now, add 1 tablespoon pav bhaji masala, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 1/2 tablespoons maggi masala and mix it well.

5. Add 110 grams maggi noodles, 350 milliliters water and mix it well.

6. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes or till the maggi is cooked.

7. Now, add 40 grams processed cheese and mix it well.

8. Add 1 tablespoon butter and mix it again.

9. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

10. Serve hot.
